All ceramic items except basins wider than 800mm (inc packaging), all taps, valves and shower trays (up to 1200mm and lightweight) are included in this offer.
Bath tubs, Mirrors or Mirror cabinets, basins wider than 800mm, vanity units, shower screens, close coupled wc's are all excluded. Please select £75 delivery fee when checking out for all oversized and overweight items that require pallet delivery.

NOTE: If item is being returned with a "changed mind" / "ordered wrong- by error" reason then original delivery fee will be charged on return before crediting for the returned item plus 15% restocking fee applied to such returns.

Standard UK delivery charges start at £15 and are capped at £99.95 for items falling into delivery availability
Up to 85% of products dispatch within 24-48 hours with delivery within 2 working days
Next day and 2 day deliveries on request with no extra charge.
Note that any deliveries made by third party exclude large bulky and heavy items ( bath tubs, vanities etc). No delivery charge will be applied on such by default.
An overall delivery charge will be calculated and displayed in the basket if items are offered for delivery
When purchasing multiple products the delivery charge is re-calculated and is often less than the total of the individual delivery charges
Delivery charges change depending on the shipping country/region. The ability to change the delivery destination is available within the basket
